During the 2020 General election company of the NPP in Kachi West, they promised the people leaving in the Islands that, they will give them electricity after the vote for them.
The party wishes to fulfill its promises made to the people after they gave been voted to office.
The construction of two towers on both side of the lake across a 150 meters distance on the lake from Chantai to Jerusalem in the Krachi Municipal has been completed by the Govt of Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo. The power tower will support connectivity of electricity to every single community on the Island. Rural electrification is currently ongoing on these Islands communities.
