TV3 releases video of Captain Smart sleeping in National Security custody for extortion despite GH¢50,000 court bail
Captain Smart is the custody of National Security for extortion despite a bail secured in court.
Radio and television journalist Captain Smart is currently in National Security custody for extorting money from business man.
The Onua TV presenter was dragged to court today over charges on extorting g $10,000 and GH¢50,000 from a businessman.
At the Accra Circuit court managed to secure a bail of GH¢50,000 with two sureties by an Accra Circuit Court.
Police prosecutors narrated to the court how Captain Smart of allegedly extorted the money from a Tema based businessman after allegedly threatening to expose him for some shady dealings at the Tema Port.
Despite the bail the fire brand presenter is still in police custody.
A video posted by his employers on their 3news Twitter handle suggests Captain Smart being detained by National Security.
