Dear Hon MDCEs in Oti region.
Congratulations to you all for your successful confirmation as the MCEs and DCEs in Oti region. I am very grateful and sincerely appreciate the leadership of the Regional Minister, Hon Joshua Makubu and all presiding members and Assemblymen and women for their fervent cooperation with the president decision.
I wish you all the best in your noble administrations, in fact I am proud of you all and stand as well to work and support you all for the success of your administrations and NPP in the region.
Beside the youth of Oti region, especially the Patriots are fully expecting unlimited improvements in the region to aid the breaking of the 8, therefore may the good Lord grant you all knowledge and strength to deliver towards the development of Oti region.
The size of the elephant is a symbol of great development and the youth in Oti will be expecting its feedback from the party through your services,so I encourage you all to deliver to the development of Oti region and the party faithfuls.
