SUBJECT: UPDATES FROM GENERAL EXECUTIVE MEETING

The Ashanti Regional Chapter of of Patriotic FrontLiners today held a maiden executive committee meeting at the office at Amakom.old Nhyira/Luvfm building..
Chairing the meeting was the Regional President Mr Debrah and in attendance was the other Regional executives
The meeting started with an opening prayer followed by the official introduction of Executives and their respective portfolios. On the Agenda was
1.Introduction and Familiarization of Executives ,
2.Membership identification (Issuance of plastic ID cards,Membership Registration forms, Welfare/Dues books and PFL souvenirs)
3. Inauguration of the Regional Chapter and Chapters on the various campuses in Ashanti Region.
4.Political season :The way forward for ASH REG PFL /NATIONAL .
5.AOB .
After an hour close door meeting , it was unanimously agreed by all to charge members a fee of 20gh which comes with (A quality Plastics ID , Welfare/Dues books and a souvenir.
It was agreed that our National and Regional Patron will by a matter of urgency visit some of the chapters in the region and will be present for the Regional chapter Inaugural Program.
On the issue of membership exiting platforms of National and Regional PFL platforms, all administrators of tje whatsaap were cautioned to make sure members added on are well informed of the groups intent before they are brought on board.
The response to duty and programs of PLF was also blamed on the late post and impromptu notices and invites to members on platforms.
The National Comm Directorate and the Various Reg Comm were tasked to be active and up to duty in terms of information dissemination to make sure members are daily updated on the operations.of PFL.
As part of the co-operate social responsibility of Prof Ameyaw Akumfi and the Regional Patrons, a team will be delegated to attend funerals at Santasi Apre and Obuase Respectively on Saturday on behalf of Prof Ameyaw Akumfi.
Information chanced on by the Ashanti Regional Comm Officer , Nsafoa Emmanuel proved that , the Grassroot is indeed poised for action and eager to make Prof their National Chairman of NPP if Breaking the 8 Agenda gonna be posible.
