Greetings to all citizens of Biakoye and Oti region as well.

I sincerely write to appreciate the decision of his Excellency the president and vice president for their decision by nominating Hon Millicent kabuki ( Kiki) as the DCE for Biakoye District.

On my behalf, I fervently write to plead with all hardworking Assemblymen and women in Biakoye Noble district to peaceful vote hundred percent (100%) Yes to confirm Hon Millicent Carboki as the DCE for Biakoye district.

The prolonged conditions for nominating the MMDCEs has caused a great downfall in the local government developments across all the regions in Ghana especially Oti region being an orphan region, therefore I proactively plead fervently with all Assemblymen and women in our Noble Biakoye District as well as Oti region at large to peaceful and happily vote Yes to confirm all nominees across the region- Oti to enhance effective and immediate response to developmental initiations of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and His Excellency the Vice president Dr Mahamudu Bawumia administration.
