Yesterday, I had the privilege of joining the likes of Her Excellency Gina Ama Blay, Ambassador-Embassy of Ghana, Germany; Dr Samuel Dodoo, CEO of MGM Trading and Engineering; Noa Leibu, an Organisational Consultant; Edith Esong Enwobi, an HR Expert and Prof David Sarpong, Strategic Management, Brunel Business School, for the maiden Berlin Job Fair 2021 where sponsored students at various levels of schooling came from over 15 countries within the European Union.
The theme for the programme, ‘Linking Academia with Employment’ was purposely to allow industries and businesses to easily tap into the requisite manpower of these students.
Key recruiters within the EU were lined up both face to face and virtual to transfer knowledge to these students.
The Programme was put together by the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat and the Ghana Embassy, Berlin, Germany.
